• There is a three (3) night minimum stay -- four (4) nights on major holidays.
• $250 per night for up to 6 persons and $10 per night for each additional person.
• $250 deposit required at time of reservation.
  
• The balance of the rental plus a $100 refundable damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival by cashier's check or money order.
  

To Check In

1. Call the day before you are to check in to receive the code for the door lock.
2. Check in time is 3:00 pm.

  5. Phones (you will need a phone card for long distance calls)
  

• Kitchen
  1. Dishes
  2. Silverware

• Bedrooms/Baths
  1. Sheets/pillow cases for 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds
  2. Bath towel and washcloth for each person (let us know how many people will be in your party)
  3. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  4. Liquid soap
  
  
• Utility
  1. A full size washer and dryer are available. You need to bring laundry detergent.
  2. Vacuum, broom and mop for quick clean-ups.
  
  
• Deck
    BBQ Grill (You need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid)
  

• Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
• Place used bath towels and washcloths in the bathtub or shower
• Leave beds unmade if used
• Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cleaning cycle
• Place trash in outside container and snap the handle lock over lid
• Remove any food from the refrigerator
• Check for and remove all personal items
• Ensure any fire in the fireplace or BBQ is cold
• Thermostat - Set heat at 55 degrees in the winter
• Thermostat - Set air conditioner at 80 degrees in the summer
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans
• Lock all doors and windows
  

Cancellation Policy:

• One half rental charge for less than four (4) weeks notice. Full rental charge for two (2) weeks cancellation or less.
